AFTERSALES SERVICE OFFICERS (TECHNICAL)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Handle customer service calls for safes and lockers across regions
  • Perform basic repairs, maintenance, and adjustments on mechanical, digital locks
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Guide customers on proper use and care of Alpha safes and lockers
  • Maintain accurate service records and job completion reports
  • Assist with installation, testing, and troubleshooting at client sites
  • NCT/NVQ or related technical qualification
  • 1–3 years’ experience in technical service, aftersales, or maintenance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of welding or fabrication is a plus
  • Skilled in mechanical repairs, locks, and tool handling
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willing to travel and work extended hours when needed
