JOIN OUR TEAM AS A RECEPTIONIST

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are in the process of seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated individual to play a dynamic role as a Receptionist.

  • Greeting and Assistance: Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide accurate information.
  • Communication Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle correspondence and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized reception area, including keeping records of visitors and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the organization.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide information about company services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Should possess an academic record which includes the completion of GCE OL and AL examinations.
  • Should possess a client-oriented and professional attitude with pleasant and well-groomed self-conduct.
  • Age below 30 years.
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing in Sinhala and English are a must. Tamil would be a definite advantage.
  • Exceptional public relation skills and a high level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to carry out given tasks independently with minimum supervision and perform under pressure.
