Quality Assurance Executive

The Quality Assurance Executive plays a key corporate role in ensuring consistency and excellence across all operational locations. This position requires strong coordination between business units to implement and uphold SOPs, policies, and QMS standards.
With a focus on compliance, process improvement, and training, the QA Executive will conduct audits, analyze feedback, and collaborate with teams to drive quality initiatives. The role demands attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and multitasking, along with travel to operational sites to ensure seamless quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive SOPs and policies that align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and update training manuals and materials to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on quality standards, SOPs, and best practices.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to recommend and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management outlining quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a Quality Assurance role within the hospitality industry is a definite advantage.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and their application.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools is necessary and familiarity with hospitality industry software is a plus.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel to the locations where business operates and coordinate with the head office.
