STORE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
COLOMBO PREMIUM BRAND STORE
LOCATION:
UNION PLACE, COLOMBO, SRI LANKA.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an energetic and organised Store Operations Coordinator to lead our Colombo store. You will manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and ensure a great experience for every customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and organising tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed GCE A/Ls.
- Experience in retail or store management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Interest in health, fitness, or sports nutrition.
