THE IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS:
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position at a 5 star hotel/restaurant
- A knowledge of Western food (both hot & cold kitchen)
- Basic knowledge of handling industrial kitchen equipment
- The ability to commit to a full time work schedule
