Develop and maintain the organization’s KPI framework aligned with strategic business objectives
Partner with functional leaders to identify, define, and track relevant performance metrics
Design dashboards and analytical tools to provide timely insights and business intelligence
Conduct performance trend analysis and identify opportunities for strategic improvement
Lead regular performance review meetings with key stakeholders and provide actionable insights
Translate complex data into meaningful, business-friendly insights and executive summaries
Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance performance reporting and analytics
Support strategic planning processes with relevant data and performance analysis
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP or a Data Analytics certification) is an advantage.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in performance management, business intelligence, or strategic planning.
Proven experience in KPI development, dashboarding, and insights delivery in a corporate setting.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
