Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a dynamic & result oriented individual as Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, reducing time to hire the meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with the labor department on HR related matters.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all human resource activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and ensure optimal employee engagement.
  • Oversee employee welfare, facility support and documentation related to leaves, compensations and terminations.
  • Handle disciplinary procedure, grievances and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Fully conversant on labor laws of Sri Lanka pertaining to employment and HR best practices.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software, Microsoft office suite and reporting/documentation processes.
  • Age Below 45.
