Sales Representatives

General Trade (GT)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves daily engagement with retail outlets, promoting Finch Foods products, and executing beat plans to maximize market coverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring brand visibility through effective merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail outlets daily based on beat plan
  • Promote and sell Finch Foods products to general trade retailers
  • Take and follow up on orders with distributors and internal teams
  • Ensure visibility and merchandising at the outlet level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and staff
  • Gather market intelligence and report competitor activity

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG general trade sales preferred (freshers with the right attitude may apply)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel daily within assigned territory
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and product promotions
