A minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Candidate should be below the age of 40.
Good capability in site cost control by monitoring productivity of workforce.
Identifying and preparing variations at site.
Candidate should have a good ability to assist with supervising workers to reach daily targets.
Good knowledge in contract documents.
Candidate should have a good ability to handle sub contractor disputes.
