The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing district-level operations, working closely with project technical leads, and coordinating implementation activities with the field team, government stakeholders, and sub-recipient partners. This role also involves organizing project reflection meetings, facilitating team engagement at the district level, and representing the project in regular interactions with district government authorities, in consultation with the relevant thematic lead(s).
