We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Consultant - Microsoft 365. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Solutions - Cloud Solutions & Services.
The Senior Consultant Microsoft 365 will be responsible for:
- Administering and supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.
- Managing user identities, roles, licenses, and group memberships using Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and security.
- Implementing and managing security and compliance policies (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.).
- Providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.
- Working closely with security and compliance teams to manage data governance and auditing.
- Coordinating with Microsoft support for issue resolution.
- Assisting with migrations, integrations, and upgrades related to M365.
- Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and roadmap.
- Managing on-prem AD environment (ADDC, RODC, SMTP, KMS and RDS, Certificate servers).
- Leading, mentoring, driving them towards company objectives, ability to work under diverse customers and enterprise level environment.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role.
- Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Skilled in using PowerShell to manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra Id, and automate workflows knowledge will be an added advantage.
The preferred Certifications would be:
- Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals – SC 900
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate – MS 700
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert – MS-100
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate - MD 102
- Implement Protection in Microsoft 365 - SC 400
