Front Office Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Front Office ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar capacity at a reputed star class hotel
  • Providing exceptional service to guests
  • Handling the arrival, departure, check-in and check-outs of guests
  • Implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with guest’s queries/disputes and resolving complaints effectively
  • Sharing tips with the team to enhance customer service
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality who is customer oriented with professional attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is willing to go “Extra Mile” in order to exceed guests’ expectations
  • Team player, Passionate, self-motivated, multitasking and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on shift basis (including Night Shift)
