QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge
- Minimum of 2 year experience in the same position.
- Should be below 50 years of age.
DUTIES
- Candidate will be heading in the overall kitchen operations.
- Make sure all safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage food purchasing and storage and maintain minimum stocks.
- Train and develop junior kitchen staff.
- Carry out portion control.
