SENIOR DESIGNER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pitch 100 new designs per month with mood boards and trend sights.
- Conduct fabric and trim sourcing aligned with design themes.
- Prepare detailed tech packs including flat specs and embellishment details.
- Attend and coordinate fit-on sessions to ensure garment perfection.
- Lead photoshoot styling and outfit planning.
- Oversee designer-wise style success tracking and maintain an 80% approval rate.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 4–6 years in fashion design with strong retail fashion exposure.
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in developing print artwork, embroidery and surface embellishments.
- Strong understanding of consumer trends and commercial design success.
PATTERN MAKER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop accurate patterns based on tech packs and design briefs.
- Ensure patterns suit bulk production with minimal fabric wastage.
- Participate in fit sessions and apply necessary corrections.
- Provide marker mini layout details to merchandisers.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in pattern making, preferably in women's apparel.
- Proficiency in manual and digital pattern making techniques.
- Strong technical understanding of garment fit and fabric behavior.
- 3+ years Tuka software experience.
FASHION BUYER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze sales trends and forecast best selling styles for the next season.
- Create seasonal product buying plans with SKU-wise quantity and price targets.
- Source new vendors for jewelry, handbags, and fashion accessories.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
- Prepare monthly purchase budgets and submit for management approval.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion buying or planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with trend awareness.
- Familiar with supplier negotiations, costing, and assortment planning.
MERCANDISER (SAMPLE & BULK DEVELOPMENT)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop samples based on approved tech packs in coordination with suppliers.
- Create job cards, follow up on timelines with pattern makers and sample operators.
- Review samples for tech pack alignment and complete sample costing.
- Plan production quantity and fabric consumption with efficiency.
- Ensure 80% of planned weekly quantity is delivered to shops.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3–4 years of experience in merchandising, with exposure to sample development and production coordination.
- Strong understanding of garment development cycle and costing.
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
