ASSISTANT MANAGER

HUMAN RESOURCES

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Monitor all HR functions and drive HR team to complete the tasks with efficiently, ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor Entire Payroll Function for entire Group.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations with professionalism, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Support to the Department Head to proceed all HR functions smoothly.
  • Identify skill gaps and submit reports to complete respective training sessions.
  • Deeply drive with the existing HRIS and identify the developments according to the Company requirement.
  • Attend to the Labour Department / Labour Tribunals behalf of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • A Masters or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge about HRIS.
  • Proven skills in Payroll Handling, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent HR – Report writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to driving change and improving processes.
  • Preferred Candidates from Colombo / Nugegoda / Maharagama/Piliyandala/Kottawa Areas.
