SHIPPING OFFICER
Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end documentation for shipments of coconut products to global clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare essential export documents such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with buyers and freight forwarders to confirm shipping schedules and documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all customs regulations, food safety guidelines, and international shipping standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations, preferably in an export-focused environment.
- A Degree or a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in shipping documentation, inventory systems, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
