DESIGNATION: SHIFT EXECUTIVE (PRODUCTION)
COMPANY NAME: PLENTY FOODS (PVT) LTD
LOCATION: KANDY
ROLE PROFILE
- Drive execution of orders according to Production process with committed quality, lead-time, delivery accuracy and cost
- Coordinate with the planning teams for scheduling & priorities production plan and review of weekly / daily production planning with team and monitor production output.
- Achieve and maintain consistency in Quality of products, coordinate with quality team for stage & final Inspection of FG.
- To ensure productivity improvement through process changes, documents, specifications and work instructions.
- Supervise and coordinate activities for manufacturing team to support plant quality and cost improvement goals and opportunities whistle delivery of stock in line with the production plan and ensure business target (KPI) achievement
- Responsible for overall plant operations ensuring Safety, Health, Environment and product quality standards in line with CBL, Local and international Standards.
- Responsible for manpower utilization and development
- Drive GMP/GHP activities to ensure product quality, house hygiene and personal hygiene
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Degree/Diploma in science, manufacturing, engineering or any related discipline
- 1-3 year FMCG industry experience with sound knowledge in operations
- Knowledge on ERP System (SAP) would be an added advantage
- Self-driven, self-discipline, good team worker
