Position Overview
ICS International Education & Migration, a leading consultancy in the education and migration sector, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and IT Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based at our office at Vijerama Junction, Maharagama (near Sri Jayawardenapura University) in Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will manage our digital marketing initiatives and provide basic IT support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update all company social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) with engaging content.
- Plan, create, and execute social media marketing and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Generate leads effectively through targeted social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content, including graphic designs and video editing for advertisements.
- Design eye-catching visuals and posts for use on various social media channels.
- Provide basic IT support for office hardware and software, ensuring proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist with general office administration tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, record keeping).
- Maintain the company website and perform basic SEO updates to improve online visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics, suggesting content improvements and strategies.
- Manage and respond promptly to online inquiries and messages across all digital platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, digital media, or IT.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software for designing visuals and editing videos.
- Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting and competence with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
