PLANTATION MANAGER
Requirements
- Agriculture Degree/ Diploma or similar qualification obtained from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum 10 years post qualifying experience in a similar capacity
- Should have good knowledge of plantation management, documentation, monitoring and operational process
- Should have proven capable of planning, HR practices, and labor management
- Experience in upcountry vegetables planting, coffee and passion fruit cultivation will be an added advantage
