WASHING COORDINATOR
Location – Ingiriya
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily washing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of washing recipes, methods, and timelines.
- Monitor chemical usage, washing processes, and environmental compliance.
- Liaise with quality assurance teams to address and resolve fabric or garment issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between washing, production, and finishing departments.
- Lead, train, and guide the washing team to maintain high efficiency and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production and process records.
Individual Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in an apparel manufacturing setup.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment washing techniques.
- Familiarity with sustainable washing practices and chemical safety protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
