WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Passed GCE A/L (Ideal in Science Stream) & professional qualification from IMS/ AIMS/ CITI / GIMI or any other recognized institute.
- Minimum 03 years' experience in similar capacity with overall 05 years' experience in Apparel industry.
- Deep knowledge in Layout preparation, Bottle Neck clearing, problem Solving and innovation.
- Sound knowledge both in knit & woven garment manufacturing.
- GSD certification will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in MS office package.
- Strong leadership skills along with outstanding personality.
- Work Location - Buttala.
- Age below 40 Years.
SCOPE
Responsible to achieve planned minutes & units of respective area by optimizing usage of manpower & workplace arrangements.
