PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - (JK SEEDUWA)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sketches sample forwarded by the customers and identify the customer requirements
- Oversee the development of technical samples along with other relevant parties.
- Assist the technical sample development process by providing technical advice on pattern making, garments construction and garment modifications based on the buyer requirement.
- Attend relevant meetings such as pre-production, startup and risk analysis etc.
- Communicate with customers regarding preparing specification, dummy fittings etc.
- Keep record and manage tracking tools of critical operations and techniques for all operations.
Ideal candidate should possess
- Diploma in pattern making, garment technology or equivalent from recognized institute.
- Minimum 02 years in experience in apparel industry as a product developer or garment technologist.
- Highly conversant in MS office and emails
- Outstanding communication in Sinhala and English
- Basic knowledge in sublimation, bonding, screen printing and Exposure with quality concerns in reputed buyers would be added advantage.
- Preferred age below 45 and candidates who reside in Seeduwa area are encouraged to apply
