Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (admin training is a plus).
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling or accounting is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and client-focused approach.

Key Requirements:

  • Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.
  • Handle phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Support client onboarding and complete necessary documentation.
  • Perform admin tasks including data entry and filing.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
