Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (admin training is a plus).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling or accounting is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a professional and client-focused approach.
Key Requirements:
- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.
- Handle phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Support client onboarding and complete necessary documentation.
- Perform admin tasks including data entry and filing.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
