RECOVERY OFFICERS
Locations: Akuressa, Karapitiya, Matara, Kohuwala, Rathgama, Karandeniy, Walasmulla, Tissamaharama, Angunukolapelessa, Tangalle
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collections in accordance with company policies.
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to negotiate and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Monitoring overdue payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Contact clients to negotiate and facilitate debt recovery.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reviews debt recovery process’s effectiveness and comply with policies.
- A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the banking or non-banking financial institutions.
- Ability to work well in team-oriented as efficiently lead a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must possess a valid Driving License (Motorbike license preferred).
- Full or part professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or Management will be considered an added advantage.
