Job Vacancy – Finance & Recovery Executive
Location: Colombo | Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Recovery Executive to oversee receivables, collections, stock checks, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple finance tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on receivables and manage client collections.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts for reconciliation.
- Achieve monthly collection targets; implement recovery strategies.
- Liaise with internal and external debt collectors.
- Conduct stock checks in Colombo and Kandy.
- Prepare and present recovery and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and supplier payments.
- Maintain daily financial records and documentation for audits.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and internal audits.
Candidate Profile
- Degree, diploma in finance, accounting, management, or completed or part qualification in AAT/CA/ACCA will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections, credit control, or finance.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and handle pressure.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
