Delmege Forsyth Energy (Pvt) Ltd, the exclusive Macro Distributor for Shell Lubricants in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead its B2C lubricant business operations. As a key player in the diversified Delmege Group, we are committed to driving excellence, innovation, and growth across all our clusters.

GENERAL MANAGER – SALES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Shell Lubricants distribution business in Sri Lanka.
  • Drive sales performance, market expansion, and brand visibility.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Forge strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and OEMs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the automotive lubricants sector is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in senior sales, marketing, or operational roles within the lubricants or automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
  • A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Engineering. An MBA will be an added advantage.
