As part of our strategic initiatives, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the successful implementation of IFRS 17 within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of IFRS 17 standards across the organization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Actuarial, IT, and Risk to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Liase with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Manage the project plan, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of systems, processes, and controls in line with IFRS 17 requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report updates to senior management and the Board.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of financial management or audit experience.
  • Possess Fully qualification in ICASL / ACCA.
  • Be a good team leader.
  • Sound Knowledge in Accounting Standards.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry will be considered an added advantage.
