Personal Assistant to Director
Mega Heaters Group pioneer in the heating industry in Sri Lanka since 1977. We manufacture immersion water heaters, industrial heating elements, thermocouples, sensors, industrial ovens, machinery and all types of equipment relating to the heating industry, stainless steel fabrications, etc. In addition to our core business, the group consists of restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment facilities, luxury suites, online businesses, IT-related products, etc.
We have been maintaining our reputation in Sri Lanka as well as overseas market. The company has expanded its business to the Gulf countries operating a workshop and warehouse in Doha Qatar. We are looking forward energetic, dynamic, knowledgeable, competent, and experienced people to hire who are capable enough to take our group to the next level in our core competencies.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments and companies relating to daily and monthly operational results of the group and report to the Chairman.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, record minutes, and prepare relevant reports/publication material, presentations, etc.
- Manage the calendar of the Chairman, update appointments, and give timely reminders, ensuring appointments are not over-lapsed and missed.
- Handle all documentation, emails, and calls and manage day-to-day administrative matters with respect to the Chairman.
- Generate/process letters related to daily operations of the company as and when requested by obtaining the required information from respective Directors/departments.
- Perform other general administration/coordination in the company with respect to the Chairman.
- Handle client complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating them to the Chairman as necessary.
- Coordinate with Advisors and pre planners regarding queries and case matters, providing necessary support.
- Monitor front office & back office work to ensure targets are met, reporting any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Candidate Profile
- University Degree or equivalent professional qualifications (Management degree or Business Administration degree).
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
- Relevant professional qualification in Secretarial Practice.
- Excellent command of the English language (oral and written).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Age below 35 years and female candidates are encouraged.
