Operations Manager
Revival Healthcare Services is proud to be Sri Lanka's pioneering and largest private physiotherapy clinic chain, dedicated to helping individuals heal and recover through drug-free, personalized care. As we continue to grow and expand our presence across the country, including new locations in collaboration with MediHelp Hospitals, we are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead the expansion and smooth functioning of all Revival branches.
The ideal candidate will:
- Oversee operations across all Revival branches, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Work closely with branch managers to support performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Lead business growth through strategic planning, new branch openings, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
- Monitor key metrics to drive performance, profitability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities aligned with Revival’s long-term goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership ability with a history of managing cross-functional teams and achieving operational goals.
- Strong experience in business strategy, project management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial and operational analytics with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record, would be an advantage.
