KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to understand the potential impact & likelihood of various risks.
- Assist to conducting the periodical risk reviews, credit file reviews & reporting to Board Integrated Risk Management Committee (BIRMC).
- Work closely with various departments to understand their activities & identify specific risks associated with each area.
- Assist to draft the company risk management policies in line with the latest developments & regulatory requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Degree in Finance / Business Administration, Economics / Risk management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the banking / financial services sector in a similar capacity preferably in Risk Management.
- Full Qualification of AAT or part qualification of CA/ACCA or IBSL.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
