SENIOR STORES & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE
Oleena Natural Foods (Private) Limited is an ISO 22000:2018 and CDA (Coconut Development Authority) 5 Star Certified coconut-based products manufacturing company located in Divulapitiya with the aim of expanding its’ range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guide the stores team on all stock movements across locations.
- Ensure all stock movement records and communications are accurately shared with Finance, Production, Quality, and Admin departments as needed.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and plan stock availability in advance to support smooth production outputs.
- Prepare periodic stock movement analysis reports as per management requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate random and month-end stock counts; keep the accounting system updated with inventory data.
- Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and HR to plan timely delivery of sales orders, including lorry scheduling, staff allocation, loading, and unloading.
- Handle inquiries related to stock damages, defects, wastage, and variances in physical or system records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Preferably Male candidate, below 35 in age.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory and logistics related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, documentation, and inter-department coordination.
- Familiar with Tall accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG logistics is preferred.
