Executive HR (Male) - Dunagaha Factory
Calico manufactures for the worlds’ most prestigious and reputed manufacturers of apparel and footwear: Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Patagonia, Levis and Calvin Klein over the past two decades. Calico has been working with Nike for almost 22 years as a Nike Nominated Drawcord and Tape Manufacturer. Calico has been a trusted and reliable supplier of high-quality accessories developing mutually progressive long-term relationship.
We’re currently looking to recruit a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individual for the position of Executive - HR to be based at our Dunagaha factory. The successful candidate will be exposed to industry best practices, administration as well as in-depth exposure to the functions of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records handle documentation process.
- Support payroll, attendance, and benefit administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle employee relations and provide HR & Administration support across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM / Management or professional Diploma in recognized institute.
- 1-2 year experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS office and HRIS systems is an added advantage.
