We are now seeking a dynamic Cost Control Officer to join our growing team and help drive cost efficiency and operational excellence across the group.
COST CONTROL OFFICER
WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING
- Monitor and analyze Food & Beverage (F&B), Rooms, and operational costs across all W15 properties.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly cost reports and variance analyses.
- Oversee inventory and stock control processes; conduct and verify stock counts.
- Ensure all procurement follows approved supplier agreements and pricing.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with property teams.
- Monitor recipe costing, portion control, and wastage at property level.
- Conduct internal audits of stock movements, receiving processes, and compliance with SOPs.
- Support the Finance and Operations teams with actionable insights and cost optimization recommendations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (hotel or hospitality sector experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cost accounting, and purchasing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with PMS/POS systems (experience with eZee will be an advantage).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to properties as required.
