To keep in line with the company's rapid growth initiatives, we are inviting applications from candidates who are willing to join our cadre as Human Resources Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all HR functions and Payroll with ERP System.
- Assign, Implement, Evaluate and Feedback of KPI.
- Periodical effective recruitment procedures to maintain the required headcount to streamline operational activities.
- Skill development of employees.
- Initiate required measures to enhance job retention rates and job satisfaction levels.
Candidate Profile
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification related in Human Resources field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in human resources management.
- Candidates should be below 45 years of age.
- Candidates who live around Wariyapola area will be an added advantage.
