Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across functions.
  • Divisional coordination to rectify staff attendance & absenteeism issues.
  • Handling payroll related works with accuracy & confidentiality.
  • Design & implement training programs that align with company goal & objective.
  • Initiate employee engagement activities frequently to enhance workplace satisfaction & performance.
  • Assist company disciplinary process, grievance handling & annual performance evaluation process.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Prior experience in handling T & D & payroll would be added advantage.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification in recognized institute.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination & analytical skills.
  • Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
  • Age below 35.
