Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across functions.
- Divisional coordination to rectify staff attendance & absenteeism issues.
- Handling payroll related works with accuracy & confidentiality.
- Design & implement training programs that align with company goal & objective.
- Initiate employee engagement activities frequently to enhance workplace satisfaction & performance.
- Assist company disciplinary process, grievance handling & annual performance evaluation process.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 03 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Prior experience in handling T & D & payroll would be added advantage.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification in recognized institute.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination & analytical skills.
- Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
- Age below 35.
