Rainwear (Pvt) ltd is part of the Ardmel Group UK, manufactures high end technical outwear for the European market utilizing advance construction techniques such as hot air & ultrasonic welding and bonding.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF/ETF/APIT, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters.
  • Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Partially qualified professional certification in HR and finance management (CIPM, CIMA, CMA, AAT, CA, ACCA, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the garment/apparel industry is an added advantage.
  • Essential hands-on experience with system-based payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
