Talent Acquisition Executive

Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and postings.
- Perform background checks and reference verifications.
- Continuously improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- Female candidates between 20 to 35 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessments.
*Working hours 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
