Scope of the Role
This role includes leading the development of a strong customer base approaching of prospects in order to achieve sales excellence while beating the identified market growth. Reach targets in relevance to volume, net selling price, net sale, DSO, bad debt and NPS within identified customer segments / overall market while securing the profitability. Assistant sales manager is expected to lead the sales operation to perform over the market growth with a professional approach. Develop individual and team skills which will help to differentiate in the marketplace. Position INSEE Concrete as a solution provider versus a material supplier.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning, operational planning, organize and manage sales operation / team in the relevant market in order to achieve targeted sales volume, net selling price, net sales, DSO and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor / maintain sales drives, processes, databases, required reports and circulations.
- Execute segment wise sales promotions and customer engagement activities to ensure customer centricity.
- Monitor competitor activities, behavior and market share. Accordingly plan / execute the customized sales plan in order to compete with the competitors and gain share of wallet.
- Explore new business opportunities / prospects and enhance business process.
- Monitor and manage customer payments and coordinate logistics appropriately.
- Sales administration and related duties with cross functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in construction business.
- Knowledge in commercial mechanism.
- Skills in sales, problem solving, communication, negotiation are required.
- Candidate should have a driving license.
