Concrete Batching Plant Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the batching plant system to ensure consistent and high-quality concrete production.
- Follow mix designs and project specifications, coordinating closely with the quality control and dispatch teams.
- Oversee daily plant operations, including cleaning, greasing, loading, unloading, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment, including the Ice Plant and chiller plants.
- Maintain overall plant hygiene, including control room and work areas; ensure helpers perform daily cleaning.
- Supervise plant manpower and coordinate with the lab to maintain production quality standards.
- Follow instructions from the Production In-Charge and the dispatch department for smooth and accurate loading and delivery.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times and report to the Production In-Charge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical, Computer Science, Civil, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. (Freshers are also welcome as trainees.)
- Good understanding of concrete technology and mix designs.
- Basic computer skills for plant software operation.
