Quality Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Verify QA operations effectiveness across poultry processing and further processing factories.
- Coordinate group internal audits, Food safety audits at Chicken & Sausage factories and non-conformance management.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective action.
- Support certification processes and customer audits.
- Reporting to the senior management on a daily/ weekly basis with regards to production and quality management system activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 02 years of QA experience in poultry, Food or a relevant field.
- Degree or Diploma in food science, Animal science, Agriculture, Microbiology or a related field.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and Word.
- Quality system documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and industry best practices.
- Fluency in English (Writing and Speaking)
- Time management skills to meet deadlines on time.
Quality Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and reviving the Quality Management System within the company.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective action.
- Support certification processes and customer audits.
- Managing the production as per the agreed standards of the customers.
- Reporting to the senior management on a daily/ weekly basis with regards to production and quality management system activities.
Requirements
- A/L Bio or Mathematics stream.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English (Writing and Speaking)
- Time management skills to meet deadlines on time.
- Knowledge of proper organizing.
