DIVISIONAL COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities
- You will be required to liaise with Banks & other institutions to obtain documents and co-ordinate activities of the division.
- One of your primary functions among others would be to maintain records and documents in a systematic manner to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure the supplier registration process is completed for all identified institutions.
- Perform PCAs process, purchasing tender documents & couriering the documents to the suppliers on time.
- Preparation of quotations/tenders.
- Ensure the accuracy of tender division filling.
- Ensure the completion of Bid Bond process.
- Bid Preparation & execution as required by the ABDM and typing up tender results.
- Support the 5s implementation efforts by ensuring the compliance in areas under self-responsibility.
Required Qualification & Experience
- 2 years of experience preferable (Freshers also can apply).
- The potential candidate should be residing within Colombo city limits or Colombo suburbs.
- Should possess an excellent command of English & Sinhala (Oral & Written).
- Computer Literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to perform documentation work and report preparation.
- A good team player and should be able to complete work on time.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work long hours.
