SALES SUPERVISOR

The Job
The selected individual will be responsible for achieving individual & unit sales targets & KPI's. He/She will be tasked to recruit and increase manpower in the unit, while monitoring and supervising the performance of the team, ensuring targets are met.
The Ideal Candidate
- Below 45 years of age with 2-3 years of experience in life insurance sales or related financial services.
- Supervisory experience in a branch setting and a strong background in sales and team management will be a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Sinhala or Tamil is essential. Ability to speak English will be an added advantage.
