Event Co-Ordinator
Having been in operation for over 30 years with diverse business interest ranging from Event, Branding and Outdoor visibility, we are a fully integrated Event Company backed by state-of-the-art office, equipment and work shop.
To meet the demand of our rapid expansion we invite applications from suitable persons for the above position.
We are looking for:
- Female between 25 – 40 years of age
- Ideal candidate should preferably have minimum 02 years’ experience in the following tasks:
- Communicating and corresponding with clients independently (Client Servicing).
- Knowledge / Experience in preparing Quotations, Invoices, Presentations & Proposals etc.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines while meeting client’s satisfaction.
- Fluency in spoken, written English and computer literate in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Ability to work independently and should be self-motivated to complete given tasks.
- Ability to attend meetings, make presentations & coordinate up to completion of Events.
- Transport facilities available (Conditions Apply).
