Oversee the entire restaurant, bar, kitchen, and overall operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service across all departments.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflows and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
GUEST EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE:
Ensure a premium dining experience by maintaining impeccable service standards.
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.
FINANCIAL & REVENUE MANAGEMENT:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance, including P&L statements by coordinating with accounts.
Work collaboratively with the Accounts team to analyze financial performance and take relevant steps for profit maximization and cost minimization.
Coordinate with the event team to create special promotions, seasonal offers, and high-revenue opportunities.
MARKETING & EVENTS MANAGEMENT:
Work closely with the marketing team to promote the venue and increase footfall.
Coordinate with the event team to plan and execute high-quality events that attract and retain customers.
Prepare the venue for events, ensuring all operational aspects, including staffing and logistics, are well managed.
MAINTENANCE:
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the venue is well-maintained, clean, and fully functional, including AC systems, lighting, and equipment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management within a high-end restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
