Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed take-offs for residential construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards in all estimations
- Develop accurate material order sheets for procurement
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Australian residential construction estimation
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in estimation software and relevant tools
