DEMAND ANALYST

(SRI LANKA)

The role

  • Data analytics to support with accurate and detailed forecast.
  • Manage the assumptions used in the sales forecast for use of process owners for informed business decision making and to gain learnings future performance improvements.
  • Monitor performance to forecast and contribute to discussions to tackle the issues as they arise.
  • Manage, analyze, and extract insights from unexpected or irregular customer demands to support informed decision-making within the S&OE process.
  • Work with Supply and Commercial teams to drive inventory management action plans.
  • Support line manager to complete monthly Demand Management Review process on time and follow up the implementation of agreed action plans.
  • Drive specific projects assigned to Demand Management team by global or regional management time to time.

About you

  • Should be pursuing a degree in Business Management/Statistic and/or a professional qualification in CIMA/CMA.
  • Should possess a minimum of 01-year work experience in a commercial environment.
  • Those who possess experience in Data Analysis/ Business Analysis would have an added advantage.
  • Should be well-conversant with the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a team player mind set.
  • Multi-tasking capability is a pre-requisite.

The position will be on contract basis.
