DEMAND ANALYST
(SRI LANKA)
The role
- Data analytics to support with accurate and detailed forecast.
- Manage the assumptions used in the sales forecast for use of process owners for informed business decision making and to gain learnings future performance improvements.
- Monitor performance to forecast and contribute to discussions to tackle the issues as they arise.
- Manage, analyze, and extract insights from unexpected or irregular customer demands to support informed decision-making within the S&OE process.
- Work with Supply and Commercial teams to drive inventory management action plans.
- Support line manager to complete monthly Demand Management Review process on time and follow up the implementation of agreed action plans.
- Drive specific projects assigned to Demand Management team by global or regional management time to time.
About you
- Should be pursuing a degree in Business Management/Statistic and/or a professional qualification in CIMA/CMA.
- Should possess a minimum of 01-year work experience in a commercial environment.
- Those who possess experience in Data Analysis/ Business Analysis would have an added advantage.
- Should be well-conversant with the Microsoft Office Package.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team player mind set.
- Multi-tasking capability is a pre-requisite.
The position will be on contract basis.
