EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Pembridge Holdings, an investment company focused on property development, leisure and food service, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, including coordinating all meeting logistics and arranging seamless domestic and international travel.
- Handle all executive communications with utmost discretion, including drafting correspondence and presentations in English and Sinhala.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the executive office by providing comprehensive, proactive administrative support to the CEO.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 7+ years as an Executive/Personal Assistant to senior-level executives.
- Exceptional Organisation: Outstanding skills in time management, prioritisation, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive & Resourceful: A self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and works independently.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English and Sinhala with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies.
- Professionalism & Education: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and/or a recognised Secretarial qualification.
