- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Age should be between 45 - 55 years
- 10 years proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, training and employee relations
- Effective communication, Interpersonal & Organizational Skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources Metrics
