CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Council and Executive Committee.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft official communications.
  • Handle confidential documentation and sensitive communications with utmost discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including government bodies.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure the integrity of all communications and actions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, PR, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within a corporate, diplomatic, or high-level professional setting.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with proven ability to draft high-level reports and formal communications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle pressure and work with integrity.
