Senior Executive - Sustainability and Brand Development
What you need to do
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects/initiatives together with different stakeholder groups, aligning with the strategic direction of the business in terms of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework.
- Maintain robust impact measurement methods and KPIs for each project.
- Collate and provide in a suitable manner, relevant data and information aligned to the ESG framework of the business for various reporting purposes.
- Maintain a dashboard to monitor on a periodic basis, key sustainability and community support performance indicators.
- Conduct a monthly review of competitor’s and peer’s community and sustainability and employee value proposition related aspects.
- Work with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop suitable strategies, to communicate across various channels (Social Media, POSM, PR etc.) on a periodic basis, both internally and externally on sustainability initiatives.
- Conceptualize and execute branding implementations, aligning with the Keells Brand Guidelines, to enhance customer relationships.
- Support communications, branding and other relevant executions for projects related to developing the employee value proposition of the business.
- Work on strategies to enhance employee engagement, mechanisms and channels for external employee communications (Ex: Facebook, LinkedIn, PR, Campaign collateral etc.).
What we are looking for
- Possess a Professional Qualification in Business Management/Marketing/Sustainability and/or a Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Sustainability or another related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in 3 languages will be a plus point.
- Passion towards making a difference in the community and environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Ex: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
- Out of the box thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- A flair for creativity and innovation.
